David G. Wilding, MD, is an Internal Medicine specialist with over 30 years experience. He completed his residency at LDS Hospital and graduated from University of Utah School Of Medicine in 1990. Among his wide range of experience in many different diversities, he is also fluent in spanish and serves patients of all ages.

LINDEE ALLEN

Lindee Allen is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in general family care. She graduated from University of Utah School of Medicine in 2010. As one of the leading practitioners in Brigham City, she has a side variety of experience; everything from trauma to family care.
Lindee resides in Brigham City with her husband and 3 beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending time as a family, both outdoors and through travel.

STEPHAN M. MOSS

Stephan Moss is a friendly face here in Brigham City. In 2012 he started his nursing career, with a wide variety of experience as an Emergency and ICU Nurse in Level 1 Trauma Centers. In 2018 he completed his schooling as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in family care and trauma.
Stephan is originally from California. After serving an LDS mission in Mexico, he and his wife lived in Arizona for 13 years. They then made the choice to move back to Brigham City to be closer to family. They love spending time together outdoors, along with their six children. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping patients of all ages.

EMILY GEORGE

Emily George was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. She obtained her Master Degree of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Emily has worked in the medical field for approximately ten years, six of those as a registered nurse. Her experience ranges from orthopedics, same-day surgery, intermediate care, emergency medicine, to plastics. She truly enjoys helping others and has a passion for psychiatry and mental health. She plans on continuing her education to pursue a PhD in psychology and/or neuroscience.
In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, playing video games, spending time with her family and friends, and her dog, Izzy. She loves camping and fishing, as well. Music is a big part of Emily’s life, and she has played the piano for twenty years. Emily tends to always have a smile on her face and believes in being kind to everyone you meet. She is excited to start her career and hopes to bring happiness to all her patients.

SAMUEL S. MAY

Sam was raised in Brigham City and has lived in Box Elder County since moving here as a young child. He completed his Undergraduate work through Weber State University, before attending Maryville University where he received his Master of Nursing degree. He is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Sam has worked in the medical field since 2011 in positions as a paramedic and registered nurse before obtaining his advanced licensing. He has extensive Cardiology and emergency experience, but through his career has developed a passion for preventative and family medicine.
Sam plans to stay in the County he loves and raise his four girls with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and playing sports.

RACHEL WEBB

Rachel is a Brigham City native, where she grew up dancing ballet and playing viola in the high school orchestra. She received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, where she studied Physiology and continued her love of dance with a minor in Ballroom Dance. She then traveled to Washington DC, where she attended PA school at George Washington University. During school, she fell in love with Family Medicine for the opportunity to form long-term relationships with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching horror flicks--the scarier the better! She has now returned home to Utah, and is thrilled to join the excellent providers at Brigham City Medical Clinic!
